Chapter One
A winter's tale
Santa Mark loves making home visits because it allows him to spend magical time with each child in the comfort of their own home. He trained under Doug Eberhart, a 2025 International Santa Claus Hall of Fame member. He returns to Santa school every year, in person or online. The result: a performance that stays fresh for children as well as grown-ups. He is a real-bearded Santa; every suit, prop, or piece of equipment is professional, custom made. His solid brass sleigh bells ring out the authentic sound of Christmas alongside his signature HO HO HO. Santa Mark visits homes, parties, photo shoots, parades, community events, wedding venues, resorts, anywhere the season calls. His trademark Old-World suit leads a wardrobe of traditional red-white suits in varied styles of fur, each custom made with its own one-of-a-kind toy bag. Visits are available at a flat rate or by the hour. Making memories to last a lifetime, let Santa Mark make this Christmas special for you and your family.

Chapter Three
Before I arrive
- Please have the area where Santa will be visiting well-lit. This helps Santa see and interact with everyone safely.
- If this is an outdoor visit, please ensure the walkway and entrance are clear and safe for Santa to navigate.
- Please inform Santa in advance of any pets that may be present during the visit so he can be prepared.
- Have your camera or phone ready to capture the magical moments! Santa is happy to pose for photos.
- If there are very young children or children who may be nervous, it helps to have a parent or trusted adult nearby for comfort.
- Please let Santa know in advance about any special requests, names, or details you’d like him to mention during the visit.
- Try to minimize background noise (TV, loud music) during Santa’s visit so the children can hear and interact clearly.
- If Santa is arriving in costume, please ensure children are in the room or area before Santa enters for the best surprise effect.
- Please have any gifts you’d like Santa to hand out pre-wrapped and clearly labeled. Provide them to Santa discreetly before the visit begins.
- Keep the visit area at a comfortable temperature — remember, Santa is wearing a full suit!
- If your event is at a business or public venue, please designate a contact person to greet Santa upon arrival and guide him to the right location.
- Please be mindful of the scheduled visit time. If you need to adjust, contact Santa as early as possible.
- Most importantly, relax and enjoy the magic! Santa is a professional and will make sure everyone has a wonderful time.

Making Christmas Memories one visit at a time
How I became Santa
It started the year Mrs. Claus and I took a ride on the Polar Express in Bryson City, NC. We sat watching all the children's eyes sparkle with excitement during the reading of the story and light up when they were given the gift of the special bell at the end of the ride. We sat near the end of the train and as each child passed by us to depart the train many looked at me and said, "Goodbye Santa". I knew right then that I wanted to be the one that would bring joy to those little ones year after year.
